When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. We’ll email tracking details when they become available.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the carrier has not updated the parcel yet, allow a little time for the first scan to appear.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best to help. After that, preparation may already be underway.
How do I choose a size?
Open the Size Guide on the product page and use the US, UK, and EU clothing-size conversion. The chart does not represent body measurements. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
How do returns work?
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything back; full conditions are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Can items from one order arrive separately?
Yes. An order may occasionally be split into more than one parcel. Available tracking details will be sent for each shipment.
