These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Ciela Vere online store and purchases made from it. Ciela Vere is operated by Zentara LLC, a United States limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate order, contact, payment, and shipping information.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production differences, and measurement methods may cause variation. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges are shown where required or remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and we issue an order confirmation.

4. Order review and cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these terms. To request a customer cancellation or change, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that period, processing may have started and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Processing, shipping, and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery terms. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. For standard eligible returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Cancellation requests must be made within the 1-hour window described above.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in violation of law, impersonate another person, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

The Ciela Vere name, visual identity, website design, copy, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Zentara LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site for personal shopping purposes.

9. Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services beyond the extent required by law.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Zentara LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentara LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zentara LLC against claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Zentara LLC is registered, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
